Elleven years ago, Galya and Peter Fenton bought their B&B business La Croix du Reh in Châteauneuf-la-Forêt, near Limoges, Limousin, France. Not speaking a word of French at the time, their subsequent move to a new country was full off trials, tribulations and many mistakes. Learning from their experiences, they are now passionate about helping others with the difficult and stressful process of buying a property and settling abroad. For some 6 years, Galya has worked as a freelance estate agent for Century 21 and although she is no longer involved with buying or selling property, she can advise on many issues, including :
